Travel Hire is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physician Rheumatologist to join our team in Ashtabula OH. As a leading healthcare staffing agency we provide topnotch medical professionals to healthcare facilities across the country. This is a fulltime position with a 1year contract offering competitive salary and benefits.

As a Physician Rheumatologist you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with rheumatic diseases such as arthritis lupus and osteoporosis. You will work closely with patients to develop treatment plans and provide ongoing care to manage their conditions. In addition you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for your patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients with rheumatic diseases

Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as xrays and blood work

Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patients needs

Prescribe medications and provide other forms of treatment such as physical therapy

Monitor and track the progress of patients and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed

Educate patients and their families about their conditions and how to manage them

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as physical therapists and occupational therapists to provide comprehensive care

Stay current with advancements in the field of rheumatology and participate in continuing education opportunities

Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records and documentation

Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of the medical profession

Qualifications:

Medical degree from an accredited medical school

Board certification in Rheumatology

Valid medical license in the state of Ohio

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Rheumatologist

Excellent diagnostic and problemsolving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in electronic medical record systems

Willingness to travel and work in different healthcare facilities as needed
