Travel Hire is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physician Medical Director to join our team in Mobile AL. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the medical services provided by our organization and ensuring the highest level of quality care for our patients. As the Medical Director you will play a crucial role in shaping the vision and direction of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for all medical services provided by our organization
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of highquality healthcare services
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the medical staff to ensure compliance with established standards of care
• Stay uptodate with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve the quality of care provided
• Serve as a liaison between the medical staff and other departments within the organization
• Participate in the recruitment training and evaluation of medical staff
• Act as a mentor and provide guidance to medical staff to promote professional development
• Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans for the organization
• Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice
• Handle any patient complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in a relevant specialty
• Current and unrestricted medical license in the state of Alabama
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Previous experience in a leadership/management role preferred
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards of practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals
• Strong leadership and decisionmaking skills
• Detailoriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Willingness to travel as needed for meetings and conferences
