**Required Qualifications:**
Valid Medical License in the state of practice
Graduate of an accredited medical school
Board Certified in Family Medicine Occupational or Preventive Medicine Internal Medicine Emergency Medicine or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
At least 3 years of relevant experience is preferred
**Work Schedule:**
Fulltime position with no weekend duties
90% patient care 10% administrative responsibilities

Requirements
3 years of experience in ANY of the following:
Family Practice
Occupational Medicine
Internal Medicine
Emergency Department (ED)
Valid Medical Doctor (MD) in the state of California (CA)
