Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients medical history and physical condition to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises manual therapy techniques and modalities to improve patients mobility and relieve pain.
• Monitor and assess patients progress adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for home exercises and selfcare.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidencebased practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
