Schedule and Shift Details Clinic Hours MF 7 AM 7 PM Schedule flexible within hours of operation
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Specialized evaluations and evidencebased treatment based on each patients specific needs
Connects interpersonally with patients and the clinical team within your organization
Setting and achieving personal and professional goals
Understand and live the companys mission vision values and operational standards
Serving our patients with highquality care
Executes great customer service experiences

Required:
Masters degree or higher
Valid American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS)
