Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team at Devana Group in Lubbock TX. As a Physical Therapist you will work with a diverse patient population and provide individualized treatment plans to help patients recover from injuries illnesses or surgeries. You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment utilizing the latest techniques and equipment to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients medical history and perform physical examinations to determine the best course of treatment

Develop personalized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs and goals

Utilize a variety of techniques exercises and equipment to help patients improve their mobility strength and range of motion

Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to continue their progress at home

Monitor patients progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed

Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure the best possible outcomes for patients

Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records and documentation

Stay current with the latest advancements and techniques in physical therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

Bachelors Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Texas

Minimum of 12 years of experience as a Physical Therapist preferably in a healthcare setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Familiarity with electronic medical records systems

CPR certification is required
