Physical Therapist

Our client has partnered with Integrity Rehab Group a reputable therapy management firm that collaborates with physician practices throughout the country. Our client has been chosen as the preferred orthopedic therapy service provider for the Hartsville community. To better serve the community they are seeking a Physical Therapist to join their team. The ideal candidate should be dedicated to providing an exceptional patient experience by implementing evidencebased treatment and focusing on patientcentered care. They achieve this by establishing strong relationships with their physician partners.

• Annual salary ranging from $80000 to $85000
• Fulltime position with benefits
• Location: Hartsville SC

Job Responsibilities:

• Assessing patients' conditions and creating personalized treatment plans
• Administering various physical therapy techniques to improve patients' mobility and alleviate pain
• Monitoring and documenting patients' progress
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Educating patients and their families on appropriate exercises and selfcare techniques
• Assisting patients with orthopedicrelated conditions

Essential Qualifications:

• Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• BLS for Healthcare Workers from either AHA or American Red Cross
• Strong knowledge of orthopedic conditions
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy and patience when working with patients of diverse backgrounds

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
• APTA membership preferred
• Experience with manual therapy techniques
• Knowledge of insurance and reimbursement procedures
• Ability to use electronic medical record systems
