Job Description
Licensed Physical Therapist for home care in the Cadillac/Houghton Lake territory.
Minimum of 25 visits per week. Most days will be in one area or the other.
Shift: 8am 4pm Monday Friday 40 hours/week.
EMR System: Pointcare
Required Certification: Physical Therapy
Preferred Cert: OASIS
Weekends/Holidays: No
Dress: Business casual or any scrub color.
