Start Date: ASAP Number of Needs: 1 Shifts: 58 hours(no call no float every other weekend coverage needed) Required Skills: Active WA sate pharmacy technician license MUST HAVE APPLIED Inpatient experience USP < 797> experienced mixer minimum of 1 year hospital experience IV compounding and IV room experience. Preferred Skills: USP < 800> experience (or previous experience mixing hazardous drugs under USP < 797>) EPIC Patient population: Level 1 trauma academic medical center Level 1 stroke center burns neurosciences AIDS/STD and mental health Will accept first time travelers.
