Your Role as a Team Leader

In this leadership position you will:

• Perform accuracy checks on dispensed prescriptions ensuring compliance with legal professional and company policies and procedures.
• Lead mentor and inspire a team of pharmacy technicians and assistants promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with pharmacists to streamline dispensing processes enhance efficiency and improve patient outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training activities to maintain uptodate knowledge of pharmaceutical practices and regulations.
• Handle complex queries and provide expert advice to patients and healthcare professionals.
• Participate in inventory management to ensure the availability of medications and reduce waste.
