Job Brief

Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities within a specific geographic area. This role involves leading a team of sales representatives developing sales strategies and ensuring the attainment of revenue targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a sales strategy for the assigned geographic area. Monitor market trends competitors and customer needs.
Recruit train and manage a sales team.
Create sales plans budgets and forecasts.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Stay informed about products and industry regulations.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Collaborate with other departments for customer support.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Manage the areas sales budget and expenses.
Address customer complaints and challenges promptly.
Set clear sales targets and objectives.
Travel as necessary for customer meetings and conferences.
Evaluate sales team performance and provide feedback.

Job knowledge skills and experience:

Education Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
The English language preferred

Experience

Proven experience in sales management roles preferably in Sales
from Pharma and medical surgical background
