Job Description
Personal Trainer (Cover) motive8 (selfemployed opportunity)
Location: Chelmsford
Salary: 21 per gym induction delivered and 30 per personal training session delivered
*Please Read Before Applying* this is a freelance based role currently offering an average of 2/3 monthly induction appointments (this can fluctuate based on demand). Successful candidates will need to be registered as selfemployed.
We are currently looking for a reliable driven highly motivated personal trainer to join our personal training team to deliver group gym inductions and assist us with any required cover for prescheduled group induction appointments.
Delivering adhoc group gym inductions sessions (either on a weekday evenings or weekends before 2pm) and upselling as well as potentially delivering our Personal Training services. You will be delivering the sessions in our residential gym facility located in Chelmsford (CM1 1LR).
This is a great seasonal opportunity for any selfemployed trainers looking to earning with potential to develop a small PT client base within the sites inductions are delivered at.
The payrate offered is 21 per gym induction delivered and 30 per personal training session delivered.
You will be highly approachable energetic and work with attention to detail providing a high level of customer service to prospective members of the residential gym.
The successful candidate will be available for a minimum of x1 gym induction sessions per month with the duration of each appointment lasting between 3040 minutes per session.
Job specifics will include:
Delivering comprehensive gym facility inductions to include the gym studio and leisure areas
Delivering planned clientspecific personal training sessions
Managing your administration duties such as marking attendance for any appointments delivered on our platform
Be thorough with each induction session on aspects surrounding health and safety protocol and leisure facility rules
Ensuring that resident documents such as health statements and disclaimer forms are completed
Ensuring the attendance for all appointments carried out is updated in a timely manner
Liaising with motive8 head office management team to ensure that delivery is consistent managed professionally
Providing advice and guidance to help residents succeed with their fitness journey
You will be an effective communicator and maintain communication between all relevant parties in a professional manner working with guidelines provided on the essentials to be covered within an
induction. You should also have experience in delivering fitness training sessions and have a confident and articulate approach to the way you work
Please note you do need to hold valid selfemployed insurance (or willing to obtain) as well as a valid Level 3 Personal Training Certification in order to be considered for the role.
