As a Personal Lines Account Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal insurance accounts and providing exceptional service to clients. Key responsibilities include maintaining client relationships processing policy changes and resolving client inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with clients to assess their insurance needs recommend appropriate coverage options and ensure their policies align with their individual requirements. Additionally you will collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes process endorsements and handle policy renewals. Your role will also involve staying updated on industry trends regulatory changes and new product offerings to effectively advise clients and address their evolving needs. Overall as a Personal Lines Account Manager you will play a crucial role in delivering a superior client experience and contributing to the overall success of the insurance agency or brokerage.

Requirements

  • Proficient understanding of personal lines insurance products and coverages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Detailoriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with insurance software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance standards.
  • Capacity to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the insurance industry is preferred.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
