As a Personal Injury Referral Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in the seamless coordination of personal injury cases. Your responsibilities will involve close collaboration with legal professionals case managers and medical practitioners to facilitate the referral process. Taking a clientcentric approach you will meticulously coordinate medical appointments and referrals in alignment with individual needs and treatment plans.

• Bachelors degree in healthcare administration or a related field preferred.
  
• Prior experience in healthcare coordination preferably in personal injury or related fields.
  
• Knowledge of medical billing and insurance processes is a plus.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant medical software.
  
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to effectively interact with physicians patients insurance companies and healthcare providers.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  

• Collaborate with legal professionals case managers and medical practitioners to facilitate the referral process for personal injury cases.
  
• Coordinate medical appointments and referrals for clients in accordance with their individual needs and treatment plans.
  
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide information about medical services appointment details and any additional requirements.
  
• Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all referrals appointments and communications.
  
• Work closely with internal teams including medical assistants and administrative personnel to streamline the referral process and enhance overall efficiency.
  
• Monitor and track the progress of referred patients providing regular updates to both clients and legal professionals.
  
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to the referral process in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards in the coordination of medical referrals
