A 77 years firm is seeking a talented two to fiveyear attorney experienced in personal injury defense litigation to join the firm. Insurance defense or construction defect experience is a plus. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking substantive work in an exciting environment.
Principal duties include:
Interacting with clients
Preparing reports
Handling discovery
Attending hearings
Taking depositions
Legal research and writing
Assisting with trying lawsuits
Requirements
Must be licensed to practice in Texas.
