Tasks
A Personal Human Resources (HR) Assistant plays a crucial role in
supporting HR functions within an organization. This role involves a
combination of administrative tasks employee engagement and assisting
with HR processes. The individual in this position collaborates closely
with the HR team to ensure smooth operations in areas such as
recruitment employee relations and HR documentation.
Personal Human Resources Assistant Tasks:
- Administrative Support:
- Handle incoming calls and emails directing inquiries to the appropriate HR personnel.
- Maintain HR files ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Schedule interviews meetings and training sessions.
- Recruitment Assistance:
- Source candidates through various channels.
- Coordinate preemployment activities such as background checks and drug screenings.

Requirements
Education:
- A bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role with exposure to HR tasks.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is an advantage.
