Personal Care Support Summer Transition Programs

We are hiring a Personal Care Support Summer Transition Programs for one of our clients in Ewing NJ.

Job Description:

• Provide showering/personal care support to adolescents and young adults age 1622 year with visual impairment or blindness during their participation in a residential program.
• Some participants have additional medical needs/concerns that may include but are not limited to allergies ADHD asthma autism CP developmental delays diabetes posttransplant seizure and use of assisted mobility devices such as crutches wheelchairs or walkers.

Skills required:

• Pediatric experience preferred
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
• Experience working with individuals who have vision loss perferred

Experience Required:

• 12 years experience required

Education Required:

• Current unencumbered NJ CNA license

Work hours:

• 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Additional information:

• Well qualified CNAs with 1 year or less experience will also be considered and are encouraged to apply
