Tasks

JOB INTRO:

Offgrid is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Personal Assistant to the founder to join our team. As a Personal Assistant you will play a pivotal role in driving the business forward supporting and executing the vision and ideas of our CEO ensuring ideas are turned into reality and contributing to the overall doing project management creative execution and efficiency of our company.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING HERE

• Manage a wide range of administrative tasks.
• Provide communication support for interactions with stakeholders brands suppliers investor relations municipalities cabin setup partners and landowners .
• Act as a solutionoriented problem solver bringing structure to tasks and processes.
• Undertake handson and physical tasks including occasional drives to the cabin and fixing various issues as needed.

Requirements

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• First and foremost we are looking for the best people we can find to assemble a stellar team and together drive the vision of Offgrid forward.
• Your should bring a positive solution focussed and serviceoriented mindset and approach.
• Bachelors degree in business administration entrepreneurship or a related field (Masters degree preferred) would be ideal.
• Previous experience in a personal assistant role within a startup or entrepreneurial environment would be of great benefit.
• You should be flexible and adapt easily to ever changing and evolving dynamic work environments.
• Proven ability to solve problems efficiently and bring structure to tasks.
• You should be comfortable with handson and light physical work (as in cabin decoration support photo shootings shopping handling Amazon packages etc.).
• Valid driving license required (class B) and the ability and willingness to drive to partners brands cabin locations stores etc..
• Fluency in German and English is a must with excellent communication skills.
• Passion for mindfulness health wellness design nature sustainability and the overall mission of Offgrid.
