Job Description:

The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing highlevel administrative support to the executive. They will handle a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operations and assist in decision making. The Personal Assistant will also maintain confidential information manage schedules and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the executive or manager
  • Manage and maintain schedules and calendars
  • Coordinate meetings including preparing agendas and taking minutes
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for business trips
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Manage confidential information with discretion
  • Perform research and compile reports
  • Assist in decision making and problemsolving
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Handle adhoc duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software

Desired Experience:

  • Previous experience in supporting senior executives
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Familiarity with document management systems
  • Experience in travel arrangements and event planning
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
