Job Brief:

EMPLOYER BENEFIT SOLUTIONS (EBS) is a strategic consulting practice that consists of executives with decades of experience working with multibillion dollar healthcare systems employers and brokers.EBS Direct2Employer (DTE) strategy is established when a healthcare system directly contracts with selffunded employers down to two employees (available in most states) to supply healthcare services to members through a contractual arrangement using claims clinical Rx and financial data to better target and address the healthcare needs of a population.

To expand the market share for hospital systems and help employers save on the healthcare costs with regards to their employees.



Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to assist with planning and implementing projects.

Conduct research and gather information to support decisionmaking on projects; provide summaries and relevant data.

Track project milestones timelines and deliverables providing regular updates to the Executive Team.

Prepares and sorts source documents and identifies and interprets data to be entered. Compiles sorts and verifies data for accuracy.

Contacts responsible parties or clients from other organization to resolve moderately complex questions inconsistencies or missing data.

Also perform Records keeping keyboarding/data entry and performing a variety of other office tasks account balancing invoicing recording proper data analysis of sales records and recording pay slips into accounting database.
