comprehensive range of preengineered steel buildings suitable for
various applications. Whether you require a garage shop warehouse
agricultural facility industrial complex or commercial space.
We
also offer sales and rentals of used heavy machinery and equipment. From
excavators and bulldozers to cranes and loaders we have a wide
selection of wellmaintained reliable machinery to support your
construction and industrial projects.

Tasks

we are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join us as a PartTime Personal Assistant.

As a Fully Remote PartTime Personal Assistant you will play a crucial
role in supporting our team and executives in various administrative
tasks. You will handle a wide range of responsibilities to help
streamline operations and ensure efficiency. This role requires
excellent communication skills impeccable attention to detail and the
ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a remote work environment.

  • Provide administrative support to executives and team members including managing calendars scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
  • Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Assist with travel arrangements including booking flights accommodations and transportation
  • Prepare and edit documents presentations and reports as needed
  • Conduct research on various topics and compile information for presentations or projects
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining files records and databases
  • Help coordinate and plan company events meetings and conferences
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as Zoom Slack and Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) is a plus
