JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure daytoday operational support and control
- Provide ad hoc project support
- Issue management and reporting
- Point of contact towards internal and external clients
- Guarantee business continuity and customer satisfaction
remote policy : Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
Requirements
Languages :
fluent French and Dutch
Good English
Education :
- Bachelor or Master degree
EXPERIENCE :
- Good expertise in MS Office
- Familiar with various IT Tools
- Control framework knowledge
- Strong interest in LOD1 & LOD2 controls
Soft skills :
Strong communicator diplomatic and customeroriented
Able to work independently and in team
Team spirit
