Salary Range: xx33.87/hour xx55.31/hour (based on education and experience)

The Acute Care Physical Therapist is responsible for the ethical cost effective management delivery documentation and outcomes of professional physical therapy services to patients in accordance with an established physical plan of care and in compliance with all applicable licensure/certification requirements profession physical therapy acts federal state and agency policies and procedures. This position requires population specific competencies. Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position requires. • Bachelors Masters or Doctorate of Science in Physical Therapy Required
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Examiners or a Graduate PT eligible for Oklahoma licensure or Physical Therapy student in the final semester of graduate school Required (Must obtain licensure before assuming patient care)
• BLS Required
