Ashtabula County Medical Center in Ashtabula OH is hiring 2 Perm Family Medicine NPs or PAs. At ACMC we are delivering stateoftheart care youd expect from a bigcity medical facility with the benefits of a community hospital.

- Marketcompetitive compensation follows MGMA guidelines. Salary range xx85000xx130000 (including any bonuses) depending upon experience (to be discussed at interview).
- 3year contract structure (to be discussed at interview): Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)

Requirement description :
ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
- Board Certified REQUIRED
- Active OH license (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
- BLS ACLS (by time of start) REQUIRED
- Recent PA graduates must have at least 1 year of clinical employment completed at submission REQUIRED
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- ACLS
- BLS
- Board Certified
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Ohio
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Recent PA graduates must have at least 1 year of clinical employment to be considered.
On Call Requirements : 34 days per month
