Norman Regionals Sterile Processing Department is a fast paced team oriented quality driven team consisting of 22 members with experience ranging from 6 months to 37 years. The types of procedures performed in our health system include cardiology orthopedics dental endocrine ear nose and throat general surgery robotics gynecology labor and delivery neurology urology and bariatrics. As a team they process between 2500 and 15000 instruments per day. Their processing technicians demonstrate professionalism teamwork autonomy critical thinking skills and recognize the importance of their role as a key component to our health systems commitment to our patients and the need for quality work.
