Tasks

As a Performance/Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will play a central role in developing and implementing effective online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic and generate qualified leads.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive online marketing plans that incorporate multiple digital channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing and display advertising.
  • Manage online advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management and performance tracking across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads and more
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, analyze market trends and competitive analysis, and use results to refine marketing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and other metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and digital marketing best practices to make strategic recommendations for new opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field
  • Proven work experience as an online marketing manager or in a similar position
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts, tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media platforms, web analytics and email marketing software
  • Experience managing online advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, gain insights, and make data-based decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in native English
