Detailed Job Description:

Review approved requirements and technical design documents and develop the performance test strategy and plan Collaboration with other teams including Development Architects Business and Production Support during all stages of PTLC A broad knowledge of performance testing methodology and tools with an understanding of a wide variety of technologies and architectures Indepth knowledge working with JMeter and Blazemeter with experience in HTTP Java Bean Shell SOAP Samplers Strong Knowledge to design performance testing and monitoring framework for nonfunctional testing (load volume stress capacity and scalability) Experience in identifying and providing tuning recommendation for various infrastructure components such as Application Servers Database Servers (SQL MongoDB) Middleware (MQ Kafka) and Web Servers along with longterm architectural improvements Responsible for implementation of application and log monitoring solutions and should have InDepth understanding of Monitoring Profiling and use of tools such as Dynatrace ELK etc.

Conduct application performance reviews with application teams to identify performance and application errors Identify bottlenecks and tuning points collaborate with development QA DevOps Infrastructure regarding performance engineering design and testing Working knowledge in various methodologies such as Agile Waterfall Scrum Manage projects and prioritize workload whilst meeting project milestones and deliverable dates Knowledge of micro service architectures Cloud (AWS/Azure) or Hybrid infrastructure Working experience in Investment Management or Capital Market domain is good to have Good Presentation and communication skills.
