Job Description:
As a Load Tester at Riverhouse Technologies you will play a crucial role in ensuring the performance and reliability of our software applications under various load conditions. Your primary responsibility will be to design develop and execute performance tests to identify and address bottlenecks assess system scalability and guarantee optimal user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Testing: Plan design and execute performance tests to evaluate the scalability stability and reliability of software applications.
2. Load Testing: Conduct load testing to simulate realworld scenarios and identify system limitations.
3. Test Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts for performance testing using industrystandard tools.
4. Analysis and Reporting: Analyze test results and provide detailed reports highlighting performance metrics and recommendations for improvement.
5. Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers QA engineers and system administrators to address performance issues and recommend solutions.
6. Monitoring: Implement and maintain performance monitoring tools to proactively identify potential issues.
7. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to performance testing processes methodologies and best practices.
*Qualifications:*
1. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Load Tester with 12 years of handson experience in performance testing.
3. Solid understanding of performance testing concepts methodologies and tools.
4. Proficiency in performance testing tools such as mention specific tools e.g. JMeter LoadRunner.
5. Experience with scripting and programming languages (e.g. Java Python) for test automation.
6. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
8. Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
