Job Description:

Must be an SDET on the performance testing side So look for a Performance test engineer and not an SDET

Must have less than 7 years of experience

Must have experience doing a performance tool feasibility study and recommend a performance tool that will work well for the requirement.

Must have at least 5 yrs of experience with NeoLoad Loadrunner and JMeter

Must have at least 5 yrs of experience with performance monitoring tools lile Dynatrace New Relic etc

Must have experience performance testing D365 or any SaaS applications

Must have experience performance testing cloud applications

Must have experience coming up with performance level SLAs

Must have experience building a performance test team groundup

Must have experience working with the offshore team
