Performance Marketing Specialist - Recruitment

Were seeking a talented and motivated Junior Performance Marketeer to join our Recruitment Marketing team and play a vital role in attracting new colleagues to help us meet the surging customer demand.

In a nutshell

Picnic is looking for a Junior Performance Marketeer to join our Recruitment Marketing team and help us scale our marketing efforts across all channels from Google Ads to Paid Social Ads (Facebook Instagram TikTok). You will form an important part of the performance marketing team and directly contribute to our growth. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to get your hands dirty and learn how a growing brand does performance marketing.

What youll do

• Publish and analyze new advertising campaigns and assets in Google Ads Meta TikTok and job platforms like Indeed.
• Initiate and conduct strategic tests and marketing experiments within our advertising platforms aiming for continuous improvement in our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and setting benchmarks for success.
• Collaborate closely with operations and recruitment teams to consistently meet our weekly job application goals in 200 locations across the Netherlands Germany and France.
• Work closely with an experienced performance marketeer learning how we set up and improve our recruitment campaigns.

About you

• Bachelors or Masters degree in either a marketing or businessrelated field
• Preferably 1 year of experience in SEA
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make datadriven decisions
• Marketing affinity and first contact with online marketing tools
• Adaptable and energetic thriving in a dynamic and fastpaced work setting
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A keen eye for detail
• Fluent in Dutch and/or English
• Experience with Google Sheets or Excel
• Bonus points: Affinity with German or French language.
