What Youll Be Doing:

• Coordinate and implement effective performance marketing campaigns.
• Identify target audiences and create impactful campaigns through strategic analysis.
• Attracting new developers (B2C) and clients (B2B) online with savvy retention strategies.
• Playing nice with other team members across SEO paid ads content and B2B.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and create actionable reports.
• Running A/B tests and finetuning campaigns based on data.
• Keeping up with industry trends and trying out new growth tactics.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

• 3 years proven experience in coordinating performance marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in digital marketing channels: SEO ads content social media and email.
• Analytical skills and a talent for making decisions based on solid data.
• Experience with A/B testing and optimization.
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Keen on industry trends and always up for trying new growth/performance tricks.
• Fluency in English.

The gross salary for this fulltime position starts from 38000 euros per year. Overpayment is possible depending on professional qualifications and experience.
