Performance Digital Marketing Specialist

1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic conversion and revenue growth across multiple channels including search engines social media display advertising email marketing and affiliate marketing.
2. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (PPC SEM display ads) to achieve KPIs such as ROI CPA and ROAS.
3. Conduct keyword research ad copywriting and A/B testing to improve campaign performance and drive continuous optimization.
4. Utilize web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Adobe Analytics) to track and analyze campaign performance identify trends and generate insights to optimize marketing strategies.
5. Monitor and report on key performance metrics providing regular updates to stakeholders on campaign performance insights and recommendations for improvement.
6. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including creative product and analytics to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
7. Stay uptodate with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in digital marketing making recommendations for innovation and optimization.
8. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the digital landscape.
9. Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to support digital marketing initiatives as needed.
10. Contribute to the development of marketing collateral landing pages and website content to optimize user experience and conversion rates.

1. Bachelor s degree in Marketing Advertising Business or related field.
2. Minimum of X years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing and campaign management.
3. Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager LinkedIn Ads etc.
4. Strong analytical skills with experience using web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Adobe Analytics) to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
6. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment while meeting deadlines and KPIs.
7. Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in execution and reporting.
8. Experience with SEO content marketing and email marketing is a plus.
9. Certifications in digital marketing (e.g. Google Ads Google Analytics) are desirable.
