Performance Consultant French Market

Hello!

At Factorial were looking for a new Performance Consultant to join our Product Services French Team and help us boost the company to the next level.

The Role

Being a crucial part of Product the team is responsible for onboarding new clients implementing and ensuring the usage of the platform to its fullest and gathering customers feedback.

Performance is a key and core functionality and we want to forge a team of experts so we can engage and deliver the best and most consultative experience to our current and potential customers.

One of your greatest challenges will be to make sure our product can be fully adapted to the clients needs. This requires you to perfectly understand their processes and problems and detect possible improvements and opportunities in the product.

What will you be doing:

• Onboard our new French customers by assisting them via video call and email until Factorial is fully implemented in their organization.
• Bring a consultative approach to customers to ensure a fully customized experience setting up their accounts.
• Understand our clients problems and needs we convert problems into solutions and gather their feedback.
• Share improvement points that can help us create the best customer journey and unlock the market.

Your Profile

• French expert speaker and professional English.
• Proactive: you will need to find the best way to ensure your accounts are fully activated and that clients have the best experience implementing Factorial
• Fast Learner: you can quickly become an expert on the software and its easy for you to keep uptodate with product updates
• Problemsolving mindset: the ability to propose alternative solutions and workarounds to answer unexpected requests from clients
• Good sense of analysis: while onboarding our clients you will have to understand the specificities of the market and translate this knowledge into information that can be used by the Product team to further improve our solution
• Previous experience Onboarding customers or in other Customer related roles. But dont hesitate with attitude its just about learning isnt it
• Knowledge of Human Resources is a plus!
• Knowledge of Talent Management softwares is a big plus!
