Job Title: Performance and Planning Manager

Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting and Variance Analysis:

Lead the preparation of financial reports and conduct thorough variance analysis.

Provide insights and recommendations based on the analysis to support informed decisionmaking.

Support Leadership Team:

Collaborate with the leadership team to understand their financial needs and challenges.

Develop and implement financial strategies that align with organizational goals.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Work closely with senior stakeholders including vice presidents to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives.

HandsOn Financial Management:

Oversee daytoday financial operations ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Utilize finance tools like Fieldglass and Ariba for efficient performance and planning.

Requirements:

Experience:

510 years of experience in a Performance and Planning Manager or Lead role.

Prior experience working with finance tools specifically Fieldglass and Ariba.

Education and Certifications:

Accounting background with FCCA/ACCA accreditations.

Communication Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.

HandsOn Approach:

Proven ability to be handson and actively involved in financial operations.
