In collaboration with the Registered Nurse (RN) provides safe quality care for patients/residents according to an individualized care plan that supports patient/resident outcomes. Treats all patients/residents with dignity and respect. Know follow and maintain resident rights. Assists with oversight of nonclinical and support staff personnel.
Requirement description :2 years of experience Required BLS & ACLS Required OK or compact license Required WILLING TO FLOAT DOWN TO MS

Requirement description :
- Work History
- Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms taken within the last two years
- State Licensure & Certifications (OK State License or Compact & BLS ACLS)
- For Google Play the latest version of Android supported is 12. For App Store the latest version of iOS supported is 13. This is not unique to Trio Shifts but they are the devices restricted by the store for any new or updated app.
