Clinician must be available to pick up 23 shifts consistently every week. Please list which days the clinician is available in the submission.

The Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) is recognized as a valuable member of the Acute Care team. The LPN practices under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN) and assists patients while providing a therapeutic environment for patients and their families. Actions are collaboratively coordinated to successfully provide evidencebased patient/family care. Provides nursing practice that reflects the ANA Code for Nurses Philosophy of Nursing at UnityPoint Health within the structure of the Professional Nurse Practice Model.

Requirement description : Clinician must be available to pick up 23 shifts consistently every week. Please list which days the clinician is available in the submission.

Successful completion of a Licensed Practical Nurse program from an accredited college. Required

Experience or clinical time in PostAcute Care or an Acute Care environment. Preferred

Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in primary state. Must apply within 90 days for licensure in secondary state. Required

Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS certification or obtain certification within three (3) months from date of hire. Required

Valid Drivers License. Work may occasionally require travel to other UPH facilities. May drive a UPH vehicle rental or own vehicle. Required
