Required Skills

• Extensive expertise in the principles governing defined benefits and retiree payments.
• Proven experience as a functional lead specializing in PeopleSoft HCM Base Benefits and Pension Administration.
• Successful implementation and postimplementation support of Oracle PeopleSoft Pension Administration showcasing proficiency in utilizing pension administration tables within the PeopleSoft HR application configuring workflows and employing Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE).
• Comprehensive understanding of Oracle EBS Advanced Benefits and Payroll modules along with other human capital management modules particularly their interface with PeopleSoft Pension.
• Indepth knowledge of core pension administration principles processes and practices enabling the identification of user needs specification of business process improvements and development of enterprise solutions.
• Exceptional configuration skills at an expert level specifically in PeopleSoft HCM Base Benefits and Pension Administration with a focus on configuring benefit calculations.
