Title: Peoplesoft SCM Systems Analyst

Location: Remote

Are you an experienced Peoplesoft SCM Systems Analyst looking for a remote opportunity Join our team and contribute to our dynamic projects from anywhere!

Key Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Peoplesoft SCM (Supply Chain Management) modules including but not limited to Supplier Contract Management eProcurement Supplier Portal Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Scorecard.
  • Expertise in Peoplesoft tools such as Application Designer PeopleCode Component Interface Integration Broker and Workflow.
  • Knowledge of Peoplesoft architecture database schema and underlying technologies like Oracle database and SQL.
  • Experience with Peoplesoft customization configuration and integration with other systems.
  • Understanding of SCM processes and practices including requisitioning purchasing vendor management and contract management.
  • Familiarity with supplier relationship management principles and strategies.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and configure Peoplesoft SCM modules accordingly.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement in SCM processes.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills to address system issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Capability to assess the impact of changes on existing systems and processes in the context of SCM.
  • Exceptional communication skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels including business users IT teams suppliers and management.
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams including developers testers and project managers.
  • Proficiency in conducting training sessions and creating documentation for endusers and support teams.
  • Experience in project management methodologies and tools with a focus on SCM system implementations and upgrades.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced remote environment.
  • Understanding of project lifecycle phases and ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Information Technology or related field.
  • Relevant certifications in Peoplesoft SCM administration implementation or supply chain management are often preferred or required.
  • Previous experience in implementing customizing or supporting Peoplesoft SCM solutions.
  • Familiarity with integrating Peoplesoft SCM with other enterprise systems such as ERP CRM or financial systems.
