Are you an experienced PeopleSoft professional with leadership skills seeking a remote opportunity Join our team as a PeopleSoft Manager and lead our remote team to success!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of PeopleSoft system implementation customization maintenance and support.
• Lead and mentor a team of PeopleSoft developers analysts and administrators.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into PeopleSoft solutions.
• Define project scope objectives and deliverables and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage the allocation of resources including personnel and budget to meet project needs.
• Establish and enforce best practices standards and methodologies for PeopleSoft development and support.
• Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including IT HR Finance and Operations to ensure alignment of PeopleSoft solutions with business goals.
• Stay updated on PeopleSoft updates enhancements and industry trends and incorporate them into our systems as needed.
• Provide leadership and guidance on complex technical issues and escalations.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment promoting innovation growth and excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Proven experience in PeopleSoft implementation customization and support in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent project management skills including the ability to prioritize tasks manage resources and deliver results.
• Indepth knowledge of PeopleSoft modules architecture and technologies.
• Experience with remote team management and collaboration tools.
• Certification in PeopleSoft administration or project management (preferred).
