Job Skills and Responsibilities:
- Handling NA Payroll Configurations and Monthly Payroll Processing
- Handling User queries on compensation earnings deductions social security taxes loans garnishments legal issues in payroll
- Handling union agreements requirements of Unions in US region
- Applying tax updates
- Benefits Functional Knowledge
- T&L Functional Knowledge
- Basic functionality of the module and integration and data flow between payroll and other HCM modules must be knowing
- New York State Employers Retirement System and Police and Fire Retirement System
- Experience in Public sector organization
