Title: PeopleSoft FMS Enterprise Service Automation Specialist
Location: Remote
Are you an experienced PeopleSoft FMS (Financial Management System) Enterprise Service Automation Specialist seeking a remote opportunity Join our team and contribute to our innovative projects from anywhere!
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize PeopleSoft FMS Enterprise Service Automation module to meet business requirements.
- Implement and maintain Enterprise Service Automation functionalities including project costing resource management contracts billing and time and expense management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for Enterprise Service Automation.
- Develop and execute test plans and scripts to ensure the accuracy and reliability of Enterprise Service Automation processes.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Enterprise Service Automationrelated issues and inquiries.
- Monitor and optimize Enterprise Service Automation performance and data integrity.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate Enterprise Service Automation with other PeopleSoft modules and external systems.
- Stay updated on PeopleSoft FMS Enterprise Service Automation enhancements patches and updates and implement them as needed.
- Document Enterprise Service Automation configurations processes and best practices for knowledge sharing and training purposes.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft FMS Enterprise Service Automation module configuration and customization.
- Experience with Enterprise Service Automation functionalities including project costing resource management contracts billing and time and expense management.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration Information Technology or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications in PeopleSoft FMS Enterprise Service Automation (preferred).
