Peoplesoft Financials Consultant

Title: Remote Peoplesoft Financials Consultant Opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Implement configure and support PeopleSoft Financials modules such as General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Asset Management Purchasing and Budgeting.
• Utilize expertise in PeopleSoft tools including PeopleTools PeopleCode Application Designer and Query Manager to enhance financial systems.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within PeopleSoft Financials ensuring alignment with financial business processes and accounting principles.
• Configure and customize PeopleSoft Financials modules to meet specific business needs including upgrades patches and customizations.
• Develop and maintain integrations between PeopleSoft Financials and other systems such as HR and Supply Chain.
• Design and develop financial reports and dashboards to meet financial reporting requirements and regulatory compliance standards.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project delivery and user adoption of PeopleSoft Financials solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and training to endusers troubleshooting issues and ensuring system reliability.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Finance Accounting or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Several years of experience implementing configuring and supporting PeopleSoft Financials modules.
• Proficiency in PeopleSoft tools and technologies with strong understanding of financial business processes and accounting principles.
• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades patches and customizations.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management systems for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with integration points between PeopleSoft Financials and other systems.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Understanding of financial reporting requirements and regulatory compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
