Your future team

You will be part of our People Operations team, which currently consists of six people
and is part of our HR-Team (with a total of 28 team members). Besides taking care of
our employees, the team loves food and is also always keen on spending time
together in their free From trying new restaurants & caf s to theatre visits, they
are open for any kind of activity!

Your role in this journey

• You are responsible for your own areas within our People Operations processes in our Spanish entity (5 offices with ~100 employees)
• You advise employees and managers on different topics and labor law issues within your area of
• You take on independent tasks in various exciting HR projects, such as theoptimization of our onboarding
• You are one of the contact persons for contracts, health & safety, benefits as well as payroll
• You design scalable processes for our further international expansion and drive digitalization and
• You coordinate onboarding and offboarding
• You conduct your own research and learn more about Spanish and German labor law, compensation & benefits or holiday
• You promote our company culture through events and team

Your backpack is filled with

• A completed relevant training or degree in human resources, business administration, law, or another related
• Experience within human resources, Spanish/ German labor law or
• In-depth MS Office skills and/or experience with HR software are a
• Attention to detail as well as
• An independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of
• Openness and service orientation when interacting with
• Business-fluent in English, additional European language skills like Spanish will be a big
