WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE
- Drive People Growth Initiatives: Analyse feedback and collaborate across departments to assess and enhance the impact of growth initiatives aligning with business objectives.
- Onboarding Improvement: Regularly evaluate onboarding processes using insights to refine and enhance the experience in alignment with the brand.
- Foster Learning Culture: Promote a growth mindset particularly among entrylevel associates and contribute to building an empowered learning culture.
- Impactful Store Visits: Establish a presence in stores building relationships with teams and ensuring consistency in values and experiential retail across all locations.
- Collaboration for Consistency: Work with various departments to maintain a unified brand experience collaborating with regional or store managers for consistency.
- Content Creation and Management: Collaborate with department experts to create engaging learning content on our Internal learning platform organise and manage content and monitor user engagement and relevance.
- Internal Communication: Coordinate and share information among teams manage communication channels and collect feedback to ensure effective communication and understanding.
- Workshop and Event Coordination: Manage logistics for workshops and events including venue selection travel scheduling and material preparation.
- Positive Social and Environmental Impact: Commit to optimising social and environmental impact supporting charity partnerships and contributing to sustainability efforts in the role.
