What you ll achieve:

  • Will lead in planning and implementing our employee relations strategy and bringing it to life across the business whilst proactively managing any ER issues and case
  • Liaise with Trade Union representatives and handling all negotiations with Trade Unions with regards to any activity across the
  • Managing inter-company transfers and TUPE
  • Developing strong and effective relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing compliant and customer focused advice and

  • Strong analytical and data management skills with the ability to use Excel at an advanced
