Tasks

As part of our Klein Aber Fein People Ops and TA team of 2.5 heads youll be our generalist concentrating on the everyday stuff like payroll onboarding and offboarding at the same time you will tackle different exciting side projects in everything from learning and development to employee experience.

Your work will be varied interesting and never dull.

• Lead HR/People projects (platform/tool implementation process creation onboarding people experience employer branding visas and relocations)
• HR/People administration (contracts/legal/payroll)
• Support colleagues in multiple locations globally
• Working with recruitment and operations to streamline and improve the hiring process
• Continuously improve the department

Requirements

• You have experience in a People/HR position preferably looking after co located teams
• Experienced working with modern HR management systems (Personio Bamboo HiBob etc)
• You want to make a difference
• We are happy for you to work remotely but wed prefer it if you were close enough to spend some time with your colleagues in the office
• Experience processing payroll and the relevant systems. You are familiar with DATEV.
• Youve worked with Contracts People/HR Policies & Learning and development
• You know the devil is in the detail you are highly organised with great problemsolving abilities
• You dont have to love admin but you do need to be good at it. If you hate it youre reading the wrong job advert
• Probably consider yourself a power user of MS Office and MS 365 and are tech savvy
• You speak and write fluently in German and English
• If youve worked in a similar position in a startup or scaleup wed be very happy
• Bonus points for experience with Notion and being involved with people policies for ISO certification
