What are we looking for
Reporting directly to the Pepple & TalentDirector you will be a fundamental and critical support across the People Team You will be responsible for multiple people processes for our EMEA & US employees from admin data to communication and social activities
This is a fastpaced reactive and exciting role which is perfect for someone in the early stages of their HR career
Roles & Responsibilities
Admin
Handling incoming employee queries to make for a seamless experience holiday starters leavers ad hoc requests
Issuing all HR related letters with accuracy
Managing and processing employee benefits
Collating and assisting in the administration of the monthly payroll submission ensuring checks are consistently completed and absolute accuracy is maintained
People Operations
Creating and sending new employee contacts
Updating and maintaining our HRIS (HiBob) to ensure data and reporting accuracy
Providing various HR reports from HRIS on a monthly and adhoc basis
PX Support
Coordinating the onboarding and offboarding experience for team members
Collating analysing and actioning new starter feedback
Organise business wide social events
Organise adhoc wellness days
Maintaining our office and keeping on top of office supplies
Talent Acquisition
Supporting with Recruitment Admin such as arranging interviews sending interview confirmations collating feedback and maintaining some job requisitions on our ATS (Team Tailor)
Requirements
years of proven HR experience
A team player with a cando attitude this is a fastpaced role!
Willingness to learn we are looking for someone who is excited to develop their HR career
Strong analytical and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident in learning how to use HR software
Confident in using Excel or Google Sheets
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team and to use own initiative to identify and manage workflows
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Supportive of inclusive and diverse working environments
Confidently takes initiative to complete independent tasks
Highly organised and able to manage everchanging workload
