Pega Developer With CLSA Certification

Overview:Were seeking an experienced Pega Developer with a CLSA certification for one of our client. Youll leverage your 8 to 12 years of Pega development expertise to lead the design development and integration of complex solutions. As a CLSA youll play a pivotal role in ensuring highquality scalable Pega applications that meet our clients evolving needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of Pega applications translating business requirements into scalable solutions.
2. Development: Handson development of Pega applications including frameworks data models UI integrations and business logic.
3. CLSA Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams ensuring adherence to Pega best practices.
4. Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with Pega guardrails security and scalability best practices.
5. Integration: Design and implement integrations between Pega applications and external systems using Pega integration capabilities.
6. Testing and QA: Develop and execute test plans ensuring the quality and reliability of Pega applications.
7. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for project stakeholders and support teams.
8. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest Pega technology trends and actively participate in knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

1. CLSA Certification: Mandatory CLSA certification from Pegasystems with additional certifications like CSSA or CSA being advantageous.
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Pega application development including PRPC Case Management Decisioning Robotics and other Pega Platform capabilities.
3. Experience: 8 to 12 years of handson experience in designing and developing Pega applications with strong OOP understanding.
4. Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills ability to lead teams drive technical discussions and make architectural decisions.
5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
6. ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.
7. Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in crossfunctional teams fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Additional Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and tools like Scrum Kanban and JIRA is desirable.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites as required.
