Reason Open:
  • X2 SURGE Teams contract modification on USDA FPAC (Farms Production and Conservation) Agile Release Train. This role is an extension of that surge.
Project Scope:
  • Pega App Developer role heavily focused on coding of legacy applications within Agile Scrum Teams.
  • USDA TSPi (FPAC) overview below.
Must have skills/certs/technologies:
  • Ideally a 6 year PEGA Developer
  • PEGA Version 8.6 C# SQL Jira Agile Java
  • 7 available PEGA Certifications candidates should ideally have the below
  • Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) Certified Systems Architect (CSA) etc.
  • Role is coding centric
Education:
  • Bachelor s Degree or equivalent working experience (Degree not technically required).
Team Culture/Size/Soft Skills needed:
  • Scrum Teams of 10 total 4 Pega Developers per team (other staff include BA QA DBA etc.)
  • TSPi takes care of their personnel well and prioritizes long term growth career trajectory
