Payroll Admin
Metairie LA
6 months CONTRACT role.
6 months CONTRACT role.
Candidates who have worked in an engineering environment or have an understanding of the industry (petrochemical) would be a huge plus!
They are looking for a professional to jump in and assist them in the role of Payroll Administrator.
Requirements:
6 years of experience processing payroll for multistate and multilocation
Multi Payroll runs (semimonthly & weekly)
Knowledge of FSLA & timesheet reconciliation
Must understand and have processed a minimum of 980 payroll.
Accounts payable (AP)
Experience with Paycor is a huge plus.
Experience in working with employees that are billable to a client (i.e. engineering firms IT companies etc.)
